How to replace and install:
An easy way-Dont have to disassemble the dashboard, you can complete the whole process in 2 minutes.
The whole switch contains two pieces: The front is the knob, faceplate, and internals. The rear is the main housing, which contains contacts and the plug receptacle. They are held together by two phillips screws.
Take Out the Old Differential Lock Switch & Install
Slightly pull out the front part, the screws will be taken out together,and then you will see the rear part.
Use small flat-head screwdriver to pry three small holes, and then pull out the real part, now you will see a connected wiring harness.
Unplug the wiring harness from the old switch.
Connect the new switch to the wiring harness and press it in (Note: Align the switch and then buckle it in to avoid skewing when the buckle position is wrong).
