Warranty Coverage Policy

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, we provide a limited warranty on defective products for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the product by the original purchaser or installer.

GENERAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS (applies to all product warranties)

For each product warranty we offer as described above, the following applies:

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
In no event will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
Each warranty does not cover any labor costs or incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, personal injury or property damage, loss of time, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, air freight, rental car, towing or lodging expenses arising out of defective or malfunctioning parts.
All returns resulting from warranty claims will receive a prepaid shipping label.
Warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages. Since the customer is the shipper, only he/she can file a lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the customer must coordinate and process the claim through the shipping company.

Each warranty is the exclusive remedy for any product defect or malfunction and is our sole responsibility for any warranted part. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, condition of any kind, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow implied warranty disclaimers. Therefore, all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above information may not apply to you. Each warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. We do not authorize anyone to change the terms, conditions or exclusions of any warranty. If any provision of the Warranty is void or unenforceable by any law, the remaining terms and provisions of the Warranty shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by local law, the remedies set forth in the Warranty Coverage Policy shall be the sole and exclusive remedies of Customer.
